What are Adara Leigh of London’s opening hours?

Sunday and Bank Holidays: CLOSED

Monday: CLOSED

Tuesday-Friday: 10:00 am to 18:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am to 14:00pm

What’s your shoe sizing and how do they fit?

Our women’s shoes range from European size 37 to 42 – that’s UK size 4 to UK size 9. Comfort is important to us, which is why we offer half sizes in some of our designs and advise customers about a product’s fit at all times.

Do you do special orders?

Yes we do. All of our exclusive designs can be customised If you have a particular colour, material or leather in mind.  We always try our very best to make your dreams a reality.

How long will my special order take?

All our products are handmade by our London factories. We endeavour to have all bespoke pieces made within 4-6 weeks of payment. Our shoes, silks and accessories will be beautifully packaged and ready for collection or shipping within 48 hours of completion.

If you wanted to wear your Adara Leigh pieces to a particular occasion, such as a wedding or party, please allow enough time for the order to be processed and delivered.

How much will my special order cost?

The cost of bespoke orders will depend upon the design and material you have chosen.  You will be advised of the cost during your consultation with one of our advisors.

How long will my order from the ready to wear collection take?

If a product is in season and in stock, your order will be dispatched 24 hours after your payment has been processed. All waiting times are specified in our product descriptions prior to payment.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Delivery times depend on where you want your order shipped to.

My shoes don’t fit, what should I do?

Client satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problems with any of our ready to wear or bespoke products please contact us as soon as possible on +44 (0) 207 731 0379 , well within 7 working day of delivery of products. If a product doesn’t fit we will have the product adjusted at no additional cost to the client. Products that require re-sizing or alterations may be returned to the London studio in person or posted to us. Alternatively customers may choose to have them altered locally and if so, we are happy to cover the cost.

Products requiring alteration should be returned to the London studio in accordance with our returns procedure in out terms and conditions along with a completed alterations slip

I’d like to exchange my order for something else, what should I do?

We are unable to exchange products returned due to limited stock; therefore new orders for the desired product will need to be placed through the website or paid in full at our London Studio. For any advice on returning or exchanging products, please call us on +44 (0) 207 731 0379 

I’d like a refund please what should I do?

Consumers have certain rights under the law.  In England these include:

That any products you order through us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will adherence to any description; and certain remedies if a product is defective. As clients you also have the right to cancel any orders within 24 hours of placing an order and within seven working days from when any ready to wear products are delivered.  Providing ready to wear orders are returned to us in a condition specified in our terms and conditions you will receive a refund in full even if the product isn’t defective.

I’d like to cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel an order placed you must give notice of cancellation in writing to the London Studio; via email to customercare@adaraleigh.co.uk or by calling +44 (0) 207 731 0379 within 24 hours from the day the order was placed. 

Where a cancellation is honoured, the client will receive a full refund through the original method of payment within 30 days.
